
For Mastercard's Pride campaign, we teamed up with model and activist Elliott Sailors, and writer Antwaun Sargent to talk about why #AcceptanceMatters to them, and the importance of Acceptance in the workplace.
With their stories, we launched on social. We encouraged those online to join in the conversation on why #AcceptanceMatters to them - the reaction was overwhelmingly robust and positive. We kept momentum going on the ground during Pride Fest in NYC, with a wildly popular 3D photo booth experience, a custom snapchat filter and tons of #AcceptanceMatters swag to boot.
Lastly, we designed and built an #AcceptanceMatters Pride float boasting over 500 rainbow balloons and a DJ booth. All that was left was to hop on the float and dance our way through the streets during the celebrations.
